Refund Policy - the basics

We prioritize customer satisfaction but cannot accept returns or refunds for opened or used products due to their nature. For damaged,, or incorrect items, please contact us the same day with photo evidence for a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days once approved. Note: we do not accept cancellations or refunds.
